Cancellation Policy
Eligibility and Enrollment Licensed Professionals: Training classes are primarily intended for individuals holding a professional license in relevant fields (e.g., cosmetology, esthetics). International Participants: Individuals outside the country who may not hold a local professional license are also eligible to enroll. Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 18 years old. Class Registration and Payment Non-Refundable Fees: All class fees are non-refundable. This policy stands regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance. Payment Terms: Full payment is required during registration to secure a spot in the class. Confirmation of Enrollment: Participants will receive confirmation of their enrollment and a receipt for their payment. Class Schedule and Attendance Class Schedule: The schedule for each class, including dates and times, will be provided in advance. Attendance Requirement: Participants must attend the entire class to receive any applicable certification or acknowledgment of completion. No Makeup Sessions: In case of missed classes, makeup sessions or refunds are unavailable.
